In this article I am going to show you how to create a table of contents page.I have illustrated this in a simple manner step wise……Actually this post was published because one of my reader “Sudheer” asked me.
How to create a Table of Contents Page?
- First of all login to blog account
- Dashboard appears on successful login
- Click on create a new post
- Give the title of the post as “Table of Contents”
- In the body part give the links of all your posts.
- If you don’t know the links of your posts simply copy your archives post day by day.
- After that Click on “post options”
- Change the date of the post to some date before your first post.(For example if you published your 1st post on 15.03.09 then change the post date to something before 15.03.09)
- After that click on Publish Post.
Now another simple task is to be performed
- Copy the link of your published post.
- Go to layout – Page elements – Add a gadget
- Select Text Gadget
- Leave the title field blank
- In the body field type Table of contents
- Select it and add link to it.
- Now paste the link which you have copied.
